This is the only ride along video that had been posted on YouTube as of yet.  So the first thing we have to do is thank Evo Magazine, in particular Harry Metcalfe who while at an event for Pagani Zonda Owners on the island of Sardinia Italy, got to film this ride along video.

Make sure you turn up your speakers for this one as the noise that the twin-turbos are making from the inside of the cabin is like something I’ve never heard before.  If you only watch from the 3 minute mark to the 4 minute mark you won’t be disappointed.  I also don’t think that Harry was too disappointed with the 720 horsepower that the 6.0-liter V12 twin-turbo was making.

The one part of the car that wasn’t captured and explained on the video but was cars Adaptive aerodynamics which is a series of active flaps in the front and at rear of the car.  The flap technology is the same system used in the F117 nighthawk or the Stealth fighter jet uses to keep its unconventional design flying in the air.  In the Huayra’s case the system is used in reverse to maximize down force when the car needs to sick to the ground, like when cornering.  They system still allows the car it to maintaining its streamlined aerodynamic state when blasting to its top speed of 235 mph or 380 km/h.

I can’t wait to see this bad boy cursing around the top gear test track as the car sounds like it will be right around the top of the leader board.
